I am doing a 6 week course with 2 live B-Fit sessions a week PLUS my B-Fit for life 7 Step plan with nutrition plans , recipes and everything you need to get you feeling like a Goddess , as well as express , super efficient, fat burning home exercise programs and videos for you to do at home when you are not seeing your Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher.
Here’s whats included in the B-Fit + Fabulous course:
- 1 x live online , small group PT sessions per week delivered by a highly experienced Personal Trainer , for 6 weeks, live from my studio here in Hightown direct to to your home via Zoom
- 1 x live online small group Yoga session per week delivered by a fully qualified amazing yoga teacher, for 6 weeks
- Home exercise programs to do in between live sessions so you can workout anytime/anywhere( with the 6 week B-Fit+ Fabulous course )
- My B-Fit for Life 7 step plan, recipes , meal plan ,nutrition advice, recipes, health and fitness tips( with the 6 week B-Fit +Fabulous course )
Here’s the weekly schedule :
• Thursdays 6.30pm to 7.30 pm, live , online small group Personal Training- fat burning and total body conditioning
• Mondays 6.45pm to 7.45pm, live , online small group Yoga
If you occasionally miss a session, I can send you a recording of the session so you can do it at a time to suit you
THE NEXT COURSE STARTS MONDAY 12th SEPTEMBER 6.45pm and THURSDAY 15th September at 6.30pm
Here’s the various payment options:
-Book the B-Fit & Fabulous 6 week course of Small group Personal training ( Thursdays 6.30pm ) plus Yoga (on Mondays at 6.45pm) and get my B-Fit 7 step plan , recipes, meal plan and extra home exercise plan, basically everything you need to B-Fit and Fabulous all for just £129
-or Book 6 week course of Yoga for £60 (Mondays 6.45pm )
– or Pay as you go for £12 per session
There’s a maximum of 6 people per session as I want to keep this group personal. It also gives me the ability to clearly see you and help you with the correct technique, tailor the exercises for you and work around any injuries or bio mechanical issues you may have. You can do the live online Small group PT sessions on Thursdays and the the Live online Yoga sessions on Mondays via your laptop, computer, TV screen or iPad in the comfort of your own home. As places on this course are limited , they will be allocated on a first first served basis.
