If your anything like me you can get stuck in a nutritional rut with your food and stick to the same old stuff. Not only do you get bored but also your body won’t get the same variety of nutrients. Variety in our diets is key to all round good health.
So today I wanted to share with you a great little smoothie recipe. It’s nutritious, tastes delicious and a great post workout drink too!
A couple of little tips …
I freeze my bananas. It makes my smoothie nice and chilled.

INGREDIENTS
- 300 mls almond milk
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops pea protein
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp peanut butter or your favourite nut butter
METHOD
- Whizz it all together in a blender and enjoy!
