When my lovely client Gill first came to see me, she wasn’t feeling her best — her sleeping wasn’t good, so she was constantly tired, and on top of that she had started to feel frumpy like so many of us do, especially when the peri/menopausal spread makes us pile on the pounds. However, after a few weeks of working with us at B-Fit, Gill was looking and feeling her best again, as well as loving herself more and more each day!!!

 

“Before I went to see Gaynor at B- Fit, I was not sleeping well, had no energy and felt frumpy. But not long after following Gaynor’s  B-Fit plan and doing the tailored exercises she had prepared for me, I started sleeping better almost immediately. And as an added bonus, I was also losing weight and toning up, so that I could fit into a special dress for my holiday (that’s me pictured!).
