INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries
- ½ cup natural coconut yoghurt or organic live bio yoghurt
- ¼ cup of uncooked spelt, millet or rye flakes
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
