Get your day off to a great start with this delicious alkaline, breakfast alternative.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- ½ small cucumber
- 2 sticks celery
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Pea Protein
- water( to cover ingredients / to fill line- you may have to split ingredients into two blender cups depending on size of blender)
- half a lemon ( peeled )
- A 2 inch large chunk of fresh ginger ( peeled)
- A handful of chia or linseeds seeds
METHOD
- Whizz it all together in a blender and enjoy! You can store it in a sealed glass container for 2 days in the fridge .
