SUPER GREEN SMOOTHIE

Get your day off to a great start with this delicious alkaline, breakfast alternative.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ small cucumber
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 2  handfuls spinach
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of  Pea Protein
  •  water( to cover ingredients / to fill line- you may have to split ingredients into two blender cups depending on size of blender)
  • half a  lemon ( peeled )
  • A 2 inch  large chunk of  fresh ginger ( peeled)
  • A handful of chia  or linseeds seeds

METHOD

  • Whizz it all together in a blender and enjoy! You can store it in a sealed glass container for 2 days in the fridge .
