I’m very lucky to have a large beautiful garden outside my studio, which is not overlooked. I can now start training my clients on a 1-2-1 basis outdoors. I’ve plenty of space so we can easily stick to the minimum 2-metre distancing rules. All equipment will be thoroughly disinfected in between sessions and there will be a minimum 15-minute gap between sessions so we can all stay safe.
I will continue to do nutrition sessions and any initial free sessions via Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp.
